Small time croocks.

It’s a film to Goodey Allen, in the film Ray Winkler(Goodey) is an ex-convict with big dreams and ideas who is tired of his job as a dishwasher. But now has come up with the idea of his life to rob a bank because of what he believes an ingenious plan. Whit the help of his young wife and some thieves in the neighbourhood, will open a cookie store next to the bank and while his wife attends to costumers, he and his associates dug a tunnel into the bank. Store bands are getting bigger and hire Ray's sister, a stupid woman who has unwittingly betraying his plan, so a cop decides to go down and tell them blind eye to a profit, what they accept.
In creating the tunnel make several decisions as to the wrong place you want out.
Eventually become millionaires thanks to cookie store by creating a large multinational, so get greedy, but remain ignorant, so their accountants just leaving it all.

  

In my opinion is a very good film, the American concept of wealth goes crazy ideas is much highlighted, besides that some ignorant people can become so rich so quickly and have some positions amount to reckless undeserved is fun.
