An eating disorder is an obsession to eat or not eat, so disturb the mental and physical health affected by various symptoms in the body, but even that affects the body, its base psychological affect those who do not feel comfortable with her body.
Nutritional factors that cause.
Biological factors: people whose bodies produce quantities of chemicals far superior to a good performance.
Psychological Factors: people who matter unreal expectations on himself and others. People who suffer from this disorder because it does not have control of identity and have resorted to physical control of the body, but obsess and loses both the mental and physical control.
Family factors: are given above protective families, children end up not to show their feelings and have to have the self-control through physical, this plus-food disorders, anxiety or other causes.
Social factors: The latter is what most people are exposed, this comes from what are the means of communication that assoiled the good with the bad with good physique and the physical imperfection.

Most common disorders:

Anorexia: characterized by loss of voluntary starvation, a huge desire to lose weight and fear of obesity and low self esteem.
There are two classes:

• Anorexia nervosa restrictive barely eats and in most cases practiced sport too.

• Anorexia nervosa restrictive who suffer from this disorder used methods such as vomiting or laxatives after have eaten a relatively small amount of food.

It affects mostly women between 12 and 25 years.


Vigorexia: The vigorexia is a disorder characterized by obsessive concern for the physical body and distortion. It manifests with the extreme amount of sport or eat excessive food for fear of being too thin.
It causes mood swings and sudden excessive consumption of steroids.
It affects mostly men.
Megarexia: People who are obese due to the thin voice distursió pescepció characteristic of Nutritional Disorders. People who eat junk food with the ideal weight that represents strength.
Other less common disorders (without some clear reasons).
Orthorexia: a disease that is believed to eat an obese person to eat healthy, but in reality it does not.

Bulimia:
Of nervous disease which produces alterations in behavior and eating habits, the patient feels the need to ingest large amounts of food, usually high calorie content. Once finished eating feels guilty and uses laxatives, vomiting, withdrawal of appetite, etc..
Bulimia is an addictive behavior that involuntary given the failure and the pain calms anxiety, loneliness or sadness with food.
-Causes:
1. The non-acceptance body during adolescence.
2. Changes in life.
3. Nerves (caused by distress, family discussions, insecurity, distrust, etc).
-Symptoms
1. Attractions constants for the food.

4. Frequent diets (no control).

6. Fear to fatten.
7. Eating in secret.
8. Thinned and fattened constant exaggerated.
9. loss of menstruation in women.
10. sadness, irritability, sudden mood changes, family problems and studies.
11. denial of illness.
The bulimic not have a physical haggard than treachery. Besides those who are frequently bulimic anorexics.
Another disease that causes the same bulimia is the Ebigorexia: they eat a lot, but feel take laxative and vomiting take much alcohol, so no one suspected anything.
